Quiet and Suitable for Relaxation

My family and I came to Thailand for a one-month vacation. I chose to rent Ficus Lane Phra Khanong Condo, a low rise 7-story condo in a quiet atmosphere. So, I decided to rent a 2-bedroom, a 2-bathroom with a pool view. The atmosphere of the condo is excellent. All rooms are well designed and decorated with fully furnished. Besides, there is quite a large kitchen with a full set of kitchen appliances. It is suitable for our family because my mother likes to cook. For traveling, I choose to take Phra Khanong BTS station; the distance from the condo is only 500 meters and takes a few minutes to walk to the station. I like to visit interesting places in Sukhumvit because there are many international restaurants, and it is also a zone where numerous foreigners and Thais experience this beautiful street. Overall, this condo is nice, shady, allowing privacy and suitable for relaxation.
The condo has a beautiful decoration in vintage and minimal style.

I’ve previously worked in Thailand for many years and lived in a small condo alone until I married my boyfriend, and then we moved to a large condo because we wanted to have a more prominent family. The condo has a beautiful decoration in vintage and minimal style. I have only decorated a small number of rooms because my husband loves to decorate the room. The building outside looks simple and not so outstanding, but the decorated inside is quite okay. Our place is a two-bedroom, the area is quite large. Each room has an open and airy design. There are two floors inside the room, fully furnished and good quality furniture. For the facilities within the project, there will be a fitness center, a large swimming pool, a parking area, and 24 hours security guard. For transportation, it is very convenient because the condo is located in Soi Phichaisawat. If we walk from the entrance, it will be about 100 meters. It takes only 5-10 minutes to walk to the condo. Phra Khanong BTS is the closest one to the project. The condo is only 2 kilometers away from Ekamai Gateway. It is comfortable to travel. If using public transport, the condo is also close to many amenities. Very pleasant and warm, providing excellent privacy Suitable for a small family.

My boyfriend and I just moved to Thailand for two years. I work in the Phra Khanong area. I previously lived in the Thonglor area, but I want to find a new condo near Phra Khanong BTS, and surrounded with restaurants, convenience stores, and near the malls. Luckily, I came across this project. The project is in Soi Phichaisawat, which many cars are passing through all day. Approximately 300 meters from the main road's entrance, it is quite peaceful compared to other projects. The room I'm living in is a 2- bedroom with 116 square meters, which is quite spacious. I love the living room and kitchen space so much. The dining table is large enough to hold a group of best friends on the weekend. In the room, there is also built-in furniture that gives plenty of storage space. The highlight of this project is the swimming pool that is large enough to exercise. There is a sitting area to relax by the pool. As for our couple likes to exercise, there is also fully equipped exercise equipment, including the sauna room to use after exercising. Moreover, the project focuses on green space with nature, which makes you feel like relaxing in the resort as well.

This condo is located in the Phra Khanong area, surrounded by many amenities that make my life in Bangkok more comfortable. This condo has a spacious and well-proportioned living area. The project also features a swimming pool and a well-proportioned relaxation zone, which is shady and beautiful. This luxury condo is situated in the heart of the city with a quiet atmosphere. Besides, the traveling is convenient because it is close to Phra Khanong BTS station. It is perfect. I rent it here because I work in the area of ​​Phra Khanong. Everything is perfect without any problems. So, I think that this place is the best answer to my needs.

Make every day a great day at Fortune Condo Town. I'm happy to stay here because it is close to many convenience stores. The project location is close to many famous department stores in Thailand, such as Centralplaza Rama 3 and close to the Narathiwat Ratchanakarin Road, convenient for traveling private cars and public transport. In addition, the common area is also good, comprising a large swimming pool and a spacious outdoor area. My room has a nice interior, using warm colors and completing everything you need.

I've been living in this condo for a year. I like its location as it's not in the downtown of Bangkok, so there is no heavy traffic there. It doesn't take that long to travel to my workplace. For those who don't have a car, you can use the Phra Khanong BTS station, which takes about 10 mins to walk. I stay in a Duplex 2 Bedroom in the area of 248 sq.m. It's large enough for my family, including my wife, daughter, dog, and me. I really love the design of this room as I renovated it into my favorite style and the fact that they allow us to have a dog. It suits our needs perfectly. The facilities include a fitness center, a swimming pool, and a playground. On the weekend, I usually spend my time with my daughter at the playground, which is precious for us. You can also choose various types of rooms, which are 1-4 bedrooms, penthouse, and duplex. Every room is large. For those who look for a condo for your family, I highly recommend this one.
Worth the rent and quiet, not crowded.

I am married to my girlfriend, who is Thai. She is from Nonthaburi province. After that, my wife and I will move to Bangkok. I am working at Bangkok University, which is in the city center zone of Bangkok. So I decided to find a condo near my office, my wife and I liked the Ficus Lane Condo. It was convenient to travel, close to Phra Khanong BTS, about 2 kilometers. I drove from the condo to work at Bangkok University. It didn't take long at all, 4 minutes to arrive. It was located near a shopping mall like Max Value. You can easily find something to eat at the nearby 7-Eleven store with everything ready to serve—our needs at any time. The condo is not very big; there are only 70 units. The room I rented is on the 3rd floor. The rental price per month is not very expensive. The room is a one-bedroom, one bathroom, room size 75 square meters, the place is quite beautiful. There is a kitchen with full cooking equipment. Conclude, just one bag can move in. The disadvantage of my room is the garden view. Not many beautiful as it is on the 3rd floor, you will see trees and buildings block the view and the room without a balcony. But it is considered acceptable because only two people are living together. There are not many facilities if compared to more expensive luxury condos. There has an outdoor swimming pool, passenger elevator, car park, garden / BBQ area, and fitness center. Finally, there is 24-hour security and CCTV as well. Overall, everything is okay. Not sure if, in the future, my husband has renewed a long-term employment contract. May be able to buy a Ficus lane condo because it is better than renting anyway.

The condo is incredibly quiet and peaceful. I can enjoy my time by the pool. Sufficient equipment in the gym so I have never had problems waiting for it. The room is spacious and well laid out, which makes me feel like home. The staff is friendly and helpful. They maintain the buildings very well. You can get convenient access to Phra Khanong BTS or Rama 4 Road. Perfect location if you live in the Prakanong area. The traffic can be bad during rush hour, overall it is fine.

I am an English teacher in Thailand, staying in fully-furnished one-bedroom in this condo. The room is designed in a modern style. I spent my free time in the common area because I have just moved to Bangkok and didn't have any friends yet, so I spent the time swimming and sunbathing around the pool. I often used the gym at the condo to exercise in the evening. Another advantage of this place is the location nearby Phra Khanong BTS, convenient to travel to work.
